History


Definitions

  1. "Empire" refers to The Empire of Hiyamashū.
  2. "Public officials" refers to an entity holding a position in Hiyamashū's government.
  3. "in future" is defined as "forever"; no ending time.

Part I: Internal Security & Diplomacy

§1: Restrictions on Communications

§1.1: Transmitting messages outside the empire

Any person who shall by themselves or by or in conjunction with any other person

  1. transmit uncivilised texts, images or data on other regional RMB.
  2. transmit war inducing messages on RMB or on any form of message board associated with another region.

§1.2: Transmitting message within the empire

Any person who shall by themselves or by or in conjunction with any other person

  1. Send or issue threats to public officials.
  2. Send or issue threats to the crown.
  3. Send message(s) to member states containing offensive, disturbing or threatening contents.
  4. Send message(s) to member states with the intention of harassment.

Every nation who violates this section shall be guilty of an offence under this part and shall be issued with a warning. Any further violation shall come with a liability of ban of no more than 10 days or/and the removal from Hiyamashū.

§2: Prohibition on causing an uprising

Any person who shall by themselves or by or in conjunction with any other person,

  1. Incite a riot. Includes but not limited to; Starting a riot.
  2. Cause unrest.Includes but not limited to, transmitting messages that incite a riot.

Every nation who violates this section shall be guilty of an offence under this part and shall be liable of ban of no more than 10 days or/and the removal from Hiyamashū. Any further violation shall come with a liability of permanent banishment from Hiyamashū.

§3: Exposure of National Secrets

Any person who shall by themselves or by or in conjunction with any other person,

  1. transmit or has the intent of transmitting internal secrets to foreign powers.
  2. expose or/and transmit or has the intention of exposing or/and transmitting secrets to foreign powers.

Every nation who violates this article shall be guilty of an offence under this part and shall be liable of permanent banishment from Hiyamashū.

§4: Prohibition of the intent or the act of subversion

§4.1: Intention of subversion

Any person who shall by themselves or by or in conjunction with any other person,

  1. possesses the intent of undermining the Hiyamashū government
  2. possesses plans to undermine the Hiyamashū government

Every nation who violates this article shall be guilty of an offence under this part and shall be liable of banishment, lasting 31 days, from Hiyamashū and shall be prohibited from taking any government posts in future.

§4.2: Attempted subversion

Any person who shall by themselves or by or in conjunction with any other person,

  1. attempts to undermine or overthrow the Hiyamashū government

Every nation who violates this article shall be guilty of an offence under this part and shall be liable of permanent banishment from Hiyamashū.


Part II: Prevention of Corruption

§1: Prohibition of Corruption

Any person who shall by themselves or by or in conjunction with any other person,

  1. corruptly solicit or receive, or agree to receive for himself, or for any other person;
  2. corruptly give, promise or offer to any person whether for the benefit of that person or of another person

Every nation who violates this article shall be guilty of an offence under this part and shall be liable for 10 days banishment from Hiyamashū. Any further violation shall come with a liability of permanent banishment from Hiyamashū.
